Master Key Experience Week 11

Do you know how to create an action plan?

Being around the block for a few years, you would think that I would be well versed to create an action plan. Here it is the end of 2019 and when someone asks me what I want to be when I grow up, the answer is still, “I don’t know, but you’ll be the first to know when I figure it out.”

Well, I think I figured it out. This is the year that this is going to be the “take action year.” This really is because of what I am learning with the Master Key program. If like attracts like, then that means I’m attracting those individuals who don’t know what they want to do either. For me, that means it is a must to decide once and for all, just what it is that I want to be and I don’t have a lot of time left in this lifetime to make a lot of mistakes.

This is the first time that I really started to look at my definite major purpose in life. And the challenge now is to create an action plan that is going win over leaders and keep them engaged so that they truly accept my decisions and contribute to the success of the action plan.
