I really enjoyed this lesson because it has resonated with me in a way that gave me goosebumps. Growing up, I felt like I always had to ask permission to do things. I grew up in a home that we very disciplined and so going into the Navy, I had no problem following the rules. However, upon entering civilian life, I found that there wasn’t anyone to ask permission to do most endeavors. Suddenly the world became open to me.
So I was searching the internet about permissions, and I ran across this essay about permissions. Another eye-opener and I want to give credit to the author for these 50 things to give yourself permission for: ( https://daringtolivefully.com/give-yourself-permission)
